Refund & Cancellation Policy for Renew Beauty Services & Boutique

At Renew Beauty Services & Boutique, we value your time and aim to provide exceptional service with every appointment. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability, we have the following policies in place:

1. Rescheduling Policy
All appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients in need of our services.


2. Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds unless our company is unable to accommodate the client’s service request. If we cannot reschedule or complete your service due to circumstances on our end, a refund will be issued.


3. Groupon Clients
Groupon clients pay for their services using a voucher. Therefore, no deposit is required. However, just like other clients, Groupon clients must reschedule their appointments 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid any issues with their voucher.
